Appointment Cancellation

We understand that life is unpredictable. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client and helps our team plan their day effectively.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service price. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid inconveniencing the next client. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. For cancellations made with sufficient notice, deposits will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
